ARTIST STATEMENT
"My name is Jessica Hyatt. I was born in Albany New
York and lived there until I was 14 years old.
After I moved from my hometown, I came to live in
Saratoga Springs, where I have been ever since. As
far as my artistic career,I have been drawing and
painting since I was a child."
"These abstract landscapes, I have more recently
been constructing, pertain to the circle of life
and the continuous repetition of living. They also
apply to the many theories of the universe. For
example, the use of mixed media is associated with
the many feelings, textures, colors and spherical
objects that the universe beholds."
"One of the things I would like to accomplish from
the production of these created works is to further
my artistic abilities, and being able to begin
including realism into my abstraction."
